Activity

TTRPG is an online platform (software as a service) for creating and running tabletop role-playing campaigns. Basic access is free; paid plans extend the capacity of a campaign.

VAT

The services supplied on the Platform are electronically supplied services intended for consumers. They are subject to French VAT at the standard rate of 20% for customers established in mainland France, Monaco and the European Union.

Customers established outside the European Union are not subject to French VAT (article 259 B French Tax Code).

The rates applicable in Guadeloupe, Martinique and Réunion (8.5%) and the special regime of French Guiana and Mayotte (article 294-1 French Tax Code) are applied automatically.

Under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer is entitled to use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute with the publisher amicably, after first attempting to resolve it directly through a written complaint. The competent mediator is:

The Platform, its source code, design, interfaces and editorial content are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Content created by users within their own campaigns remains theirs.

Reporting content

Any unlawful content hosted on the Platform may be reported by email to the publisher's address above. The report must state the URL concerned and the grounds. The publisher undertakes to handle reports as promptly as possible.
