Terms of Sale

Purpose

These general terms of sale (hereinafter "ToS") govern purchases made on the TTRPG platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), published by Sandrenyl. Any purchase implies prior and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Seller

The seller is Sandrenyl, sole proprietor (EI), publisher of the TTRPG platform, reachable at: contact@sandrenyl.com.

Plans and Pricing

The Platform offers three plans:

  • Seagull — free
  • Dragon — €50 incl. tax (one-time payment)
  • Leviathan — €90 incl. tax (one-time payment)

Each paid plan applies to one campaign. It determines the maximum number of players, file storage space (images, music) and the number of gameboard layers. Database content (character sheets, messages, notes, knowledge entries) is unlimited.

Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (French VAT at 20%).

All plans, including the free plan, grant access to every feature of the Platform.

Ordering and Payment

Payments are processed via PayPal. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. No banking data is stored on our servers. An order summary is available from the user account.

License and Duration

Purchasing a paid plan grants the user a permanent usage license (referred to as "lifetime") for the associated campaign. This license remains valid without time limitation, as long as the Platform is in operation.

The license includes access to all updates, improvements and content additions deployed on the Platform, at no additional cost.

The license is personal, non-assignable and non-transferable. It is tied to the user account and the campaign for which it was acquired.

Replayability

Once a campaign is finished, the user may reset their campaign to start a new one, retaining the benefits of their license (same storage, player and layer limits). The previous campaign's content is then deleted.

Storage

Each plan includes dedicated storage space for uploaded files (images, music, avatars). This space is limited according to the chosen plan. However, database content — character sheets, chat messages, knowledge entries, roleplay notes — is subject to no volume limit.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase. By confirming payment, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal and accepts immediate execution of the service.

Service Discontinuation

In the event of permanent discontinuation of the Platform, Sandrenyl commits to:

  • Notifying users at least 30 days before shutdown
  • Fully refunding users whose license was acquired less than 12 months before the shutdown announcement date
  • Providing a campaign data export (sheets, messages, knowledge) in a usable format before the effective shutdown

Beyond 12 months of use, no refund is owed.

Liability

Sandrenyl commits to providing the service described in the plans. In the event of a technical failure rendering the service unusable for a prolonged period (more than 30 consecutive days), the user may request a prorated refund based on the duration of unavailability, up to the amount of the purchased plan.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Sandrenyl's headquarters shall have sole jurisdiction.
